POLICIES

*We have a 48hr cancellation policy and we require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Cancelling your appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in your card being charged for the full service amount. Our stylists rely on your timely cancellation in order to have an opportunity to accommodate another guest.

*Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late we may need to rebook or adjust the service to fit within the time limitations. We appreciate your calling ahead if you suspect you may be arriving late

*If you have extensions, please let us know what kind of extension system you currently have installed in your hair. We may need extra time for your booking and want to make sure we book you with a stylist who can suit your needs the best.

*Please do let us know if you have very long/thick hair. Rushing through a service is not a great experience for anyone involved, and we want to make sure you are provided with the appropriate timing to accommodate your needs.

*If an adjustment is required to be made to your completed service please let us know right away. If more than two weeks have elapsed since the completed service additional charges may be required. Adjustments do not include a blow out and style.

*All guests receiving a chemical service are required to fill out a chemical release form during their first chemical service, when undergoing a correction, or at the discretion of their stylist. During this time, we go in depth into: hair history, home care, pricing and maintenance. Not everyone likes a surprise and this helps to keep everyone accountable during the process and maintains that we provide you with our highest level of service possible.

*All consultation appointments require a $50 deposit which will be credited to your bill upon receiving the discussed service. During your consultation appointment, 30 minutes are dedicated to a thorough hair analysis. Strand testing may also be done during this time. If you do not wish to continue with the service in question, a $50 charge will still apply to accommodate your stylist for their time.

*All retail sales are final. Our team is highly educated within all product lines. It is our pleasure to have a discussion with you when it comes to prescribing you the proper product to suit your hair needs.

*We take pride in our sustainability and are a member of Green Circle Salons. They help us redirect waste from the landfill and safely dispose of excess chemicals. They operate using a unique funding tool which helps us afford these changes. You will notice there is a $3.50 Environmental Fee added to your bill when you come in for a salon service. *Due to a recent bylaw update, unfortunately only service animals are allowed into the salon. We would also like to take our guests who may be allergic or afraid into account and be mindful to animals who may be harmed by the chemicals within the salon environment.

*We do not offer refunds on any services. However, if for any reason the services you received did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of your original appointment and we will re-do your services at no additional cost. Please note that any corrections must be scheduled within 10 days of the initial visit and with the original stylist/service provider.
