A short version of the house rules
The full list — extensions, adjustments, retail, sustainability, refunds — lives on salon policies. The four that come up most often:
A card on file holds the chair. Less than 48 hours’ notice, and the service is charged in full.
More than 15 minutes late, we may rebook or shorten the service so the next guest is not waiting.
A $50 deposit holds a colour consultation and is credited to the service if you go ahead.
First chemical services need a release form. Corrections are quoted by the hour after we see the hair.
Read all salon policies. Registered service animals are permitted.
